Bill Shorten, leader of the opposition, has arrived in Mackay and he says he is ready to hand over $280m for stage two of the Mackay Ring Road if Labor is elected in this year's Federal election.
Dawson MP George Christensen said "Bill's bus better bring more than just a catch-up on Mackay Port Access Road funding today - he better bring an iron clad commitment on the job-creating Carmichael mine,” Mr Christensen said.
