A Glen Aplin man has been given a twelve-month probation order after pleading guilty to producing cannabis, possessing items used in the production of an illegal drug and possessing a utensil for consuming illegal drugs when he appeared in the Stanthorpe District Court last week.
The 36-year-old man had grown a second crop after his first had disappeared – he was unaware that the disappearance was due to a police raid.
44 plants were seized from the two raids, totalling 2.15kg of cannabis.
